A time to pause, relax and open . . .
In these challenging times, it is important to more intentionally care for ourselves so we can help others do the same. Park Benches are a place each month place for you to take time out and breathe, catch up with yourself in the presence of others, and reflect on and who and how you want to be now. These sessions will help you restore your mental health, be reminded you are not alone, and listen to your heart and soul (and do the same for others).
I can see myself now as more able to set clear boundaries with ease, and release tension and open so I can hold more space for others.
