Who do you want to BECOME, and how can we help each other?
BE. Seeking practitioners with Credibility, Opportunity, Motivation, and Entrepreneurship

– Dr. David Drake –

Inclusion starts at the beginning

Each of us starts our journey from a different place. Each of us got here with help from others. Each of us has dreams about what we most want to do with our one life. We have begun two new scholarship funds to formalize what we started several years ago to help more people reach their dreams. We recognized that resources come in different forms, and some of our prospective participants had more access to vision and experience than money.

If that sounds like you, then please check out the scholarships. If you have financial resources you would like to add to our program or someone you would like to sponsor for one of our programs, please click the button below. Thank you.

 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS

Pioneers Scholarship Program

We are offering three $1,000 scholarships for our first cohort of The Open Gateway Program. These will be awarded to applicants who will use the work to further their contribution to a more inclusive and generative society.

All we ask in return is a brief case story about what they did as a result of the program to help us spread the word about our wonderful community and what it brings to the world.

We are growing the scholarship fund through our member referral program. For every referral into our programs, we will donate $250 to our scholarship fund. Use the form below to write us if you would like to earn rewards for your referrals.

If you are someone or know someone whom you think would benefit from our support, love our work, and put it to really good use — invite them to apply.

Future Leaders Program

We are offering two Future Leaders scholarships for $1,000 for our first cohort of The Open Gateway Program. These will be awarded to applicants who are (1) emerging leaders in the HR or L&D space, and (2) work in organizations seeking to develop more inclusive and integrative ways of growing their people.

All we ask in return is a brief case story about what they did as a result of the program to help us spread the word about our wonderful community and what it brings to the world.

We will grow this fund, in part, by donating 5% of profits from our organizational projects. If you are someone or know someone whom you think would benefit from our support put our work to really good use — apply using the form below.
