The Narrative 720° Project
The Opportunity
David is forming a small group to work with him and the founder of Acreue on this nine-month project starting August 1st.
David is partnering with Acreue, a new developmental technology company founded by the creator of a 360° assessment platform, to help shape the first coach design partner cohort for an emerging developmental system. The project brings together Integrative Development, Narrative Coaching, The Narrative 720° as well as developmental pattern recognition, readiness calibration, and AI-supported practice design.
This is a founding cohort. Participants will not simply attend a course. They will help test, refine, and shape the coaching process, certification pathway, and early platform experience. They will be first in line to qualify for Certification in this ground-breaking new platform and process.
The Vision
Acreue is developing a human-led, AI-supported platform that helps coaches and leaders make better use of assessment data, narrative input, developmental signals, and small intentional practices.
The system is intended to support coach judgment, not replace it. Coaches remain central to discernment, interpretation, and developmental partnership with their clients and the systems in which they work.
The Qualifications
You must have solid experience with debriefing and coaching leaders on 360° results. Certification in a known 360° tool and participation in their community is desired; it will enrich our sense of what is needed.
You should have training/experience with team coaching and ideally have studied Integrative Development and/or Narrative Coaching.
The Roles
Participants will:
Attend live cohort sessions with David
Develop or deepen their knowledge of David’s work in these areas
Review selected design materials, practices, and processes
Beta test components of the coach process
Offer structured feedback on the process
Shape what coaches will need to use the platform and methods
Where appropriate, participants may also test elements of the process with leaders, teams, or organizations.
The Benefits
Participants who complete the required sessions, practice work, feedback cycles, and competency requirements will be eligible to receive founding cohort certification in the Narrative 720° coach process, subject to final certification standards.
Participants will also receive early exposure to the Acreue system and may be considered for future facilitator, certification, platform, or organizational design partner opportunities as the work matures.
Some coaches may have the opportunity to bring an organization, OD leader, HR/talent sponsor, or leader group into the design partner process. This is optional, but highly valuable for testing the application of the process in organizational settings. Coaches who help form a complete design partner pod may receive preferred consideration for future platform access, case development, trainer pathways, or other founder cohort benefits.
The Investment
FEE: $2,997 or four monthly installments of $757.
The group will be limited to 12 participants
This is a founding design partner rate for the first cohort. Future certification, platform access, and licensing fees are expected to be priced separately and may be higher after the initial design partner phase.
