The Narrative 720° Project
The Opportunity
David is forming a small group of Threshold Members to work with him on this project between May-January.
He is partnering with the Founder of a 360° assessment company to create an innovative feedback process based in his Narrative 720° tool and his work with Developmental Threshold Zones and Integrative Development.
They are co-creating a platform that blends assessment, feedback and development in a hybrid AI/human process based in Narrative Coaching.
The Qualifications
You must be a Threshold Member.
You must have solid experience with debriefing and coaching leaders around 360° results. Certification in a known 360° tool and participation in their community is desired; it will enrich our sense of what is needed.
You should have training/experience with team and/or group coaching, and you should have studied Integrative Development and/or Narrative Coaching.
The Roles
You will work with David as as he collaborates with his client; and attend sessions to share what we are noticing and thinking.
You will work with colleagues to review the design documents, beta test key components, and offer feedback on the overall project as users-to-be.
You will contribute what you think others would appreciate in completing the coach training program I will build and run to certify coaches and use the platform.
You will work with David to develop a dialogical coaching process to maximize outcomes and to create a new career path for yourself and others.
Some of you will be chosen to work with David to become a facilitator who can run the Narrative 720° Coach Certification Programs.
The Benefits
You will be granted a certification as a Narrative 720° coach in January when we are done (assuming all goes well).
You will gain free access to the first official coach certification training next year (if you choose to attend).
You will be first to market with this powerful new instrument and process. You will be licensed to sell and use the 720° with clients.
You can apply to be one of the coach trainers who will take over for me in 2027.
FEE: $2,497 or seven monthly installments of $357.
